First of all the Urban Motors provided me a car where the compressor was on the verge of malfunctioning. I paid for the car's rental for the entire weekend and with malaysia coverage as i had to go to KL. And their initial response to me was the car would be perfectly fine no matter how far you drive. "Aircon no problem". But, after turning on the engine, minutes later there was this loud knocking sound under the bonnet. Obviously, any customer, including myself, wouldn't want to rent this out.

Only after negotiating for a while more did the boss give in and swap the car for a sx4 with all four damaged and front flappy fenders which was about to fall off anytime. The boss even "Suggested" An upgrade for me as they had lots of sedans available, of which i would have had to pay even more as "Topup".

But, i then took the sx4 because it was in working condition. Had to tape up those bodykits all over the car so that nothing would drop off. Despite this, one small portion of the front left fender fell off during my drive and their staff insisted me to pay for that measly missing part. This part was already hanging loosely when i took over the vehicle and i taped it up well enough to prevent it from dropping. So, why doesn't the company even fix this on their own?

How is it that cars which have bodykits flapping around can be rented out in the first place?

***All in all, UrbanMotors' motto is : "We give you the car in full, you give us the car in full". So, please do be wary of what you are renting if you are willing to pay the price (even though CHEAP).***

Oh. And the car that was rented out to me had the fuel level at 'E', in other words empty, and it left me hanging on to topup immediately after taking over the car.

Rented an estima. Drove to malaysia. Halfway tyre burst. Later found out its due to worn out tyres. if its nails or objects impaled into tyres i wont blame them but they rented me tyres which are so worn out until threads can be seen. Bought new tyres and showed them the photos of the worn out tyres and receipt of the new tyres but boss said cannot claim. Oh my god very disappointed.

best rates for my 2 weeks car rental. Compared the rates across and found that this company offers really good rates. car were readily available and in good condition. will come back to this company again to rent cars if need be

i rent a car from them for a few weeks and they were very friendly. i like that they were efficient and fast. good value. definitely worth it. didn't have to wait for long because they were fast.

Had a bad experience renting cars but when I rented cars here everything was fast and transactions were smooth, the car was great. and would like to compliment the staff because they really know their cars.
