Bad service and poor quality of vehicle

On 18th December 2018,I rented NV200 for my work purpose. At first,it was all sweet talk and promises. Good terms and conditions. After a few days of usage,the engine died on me while on the road. Worse still,on the expressway. Sent for servicing. Very good at first. Told me no need to pay for rent during the time in the workshop. Gave me a replacement car.
