On 18th December 2018,I rented NV200 for my work purpose. At first,it was all sweet talk and promises. Good terms and conditions.

After a few days of usage,the engine died on me while on the road. Worse still,on the expressway.

Sent for servicing. Very good at first. Told me no need to pay for rent during the time in the workshop. Gave me a replacement car.

Then,the same issue occured again after servicing. Told the salesman to find me a new van as we don't mind paying extra per month.

The van sent to workshop again. Given a replacement car again.

Same old problem again after servicing. Salesman said all ok but it's not.

Sent to workshop again. Given a replacement lorry. Salesman said no need pay rent for that. Will also buy a new vehicle to replace this.

But after a few hours,msg me saying need to pay another month of rent before give me a new van. I never even use the current vehicle for a month and now need to pay another month for new vehicle. I got angry and the salesman said the days in workshop also need to pay rent. He twisted his words around.

Ended up,he shouted at us to send back the lorry and take back the deposit. It's not even a month ok.

Salesman can't solve issue so treat customer like a stupid fool.

That salesman is Benson.

Regret wasting my time. So much money lost on this investment with swre Heng. Lost my money on the vehicle and also those days that I can't work due to the recurring van problem.
