They said can paste despite raining as the films are installed from inside of the windows. All done up in 45 min. I got young kiddos in my car and understand UV is bad for the skin. So I drove to Autoshield for their recommendation. They didn't push me for their $750 grade non did they recommend 3M at $1000+ but instead, they chose their Sapphire Series at $550 which they think suit my needs. Got my new car and drove straight to Autoshield Solar Film for their very popular Diamond Series solar film as I wanted to protect my car's interior from UV damage and also to block out the high temp in Singapore. All done in 1 hour plus and I paid only $750 for whole car nett price. Those $100-200+ tinting are with very low or no heat rejection at all. Over promised with rubbish 7-10 year warranty. Installed mine with a 1-man-show tinting shop at Woodlands area, took 3-4 hours to complete and I regretted almost immediately. Very poor workmanship and when I went back to them, they don't honor. Then I thought of using a more reliable platform like sgcarmart to source for a reputable installer and this is where I found Autoshield Solar Film. At only $350 whole car, it is very affordable given that their grade is 80% heat rejection with above 95% UV rejection. I inspected their work and they really did it very well. What's more, they did it in 1 hour thereafter. Very big difference after having Autoshield Solar Film. The vision is very clear and I drive with way lesser heat coming in from the windscreen. Failed my inspection as I was conned by those $200+ installers who claimed will pass and ended up wasting time to fail my inspection, went back the shop closed down already. No choice and I was at Sin Ming and googled to find out Autoshield Solar Film is highly rated for installing LTA compliant specification solar film. Drove down to them. Took up their $350 package. They measured and confirmed can pass, I immediately drove back to inspection center (so that I don't need to pay inspection fee again) and I passed. Now this is what I called a honest shop! My own 10 year old films are very hard to remove. Went to 1 accessories shop who also doubled up as solar film refused to remove for me because they said they tried 1 panel and it is very difficult and time consuming to do. Feeling helpless and googled, I found Autoshield Solar Film. Drove in, explained to them and they said they can do for me but need to take around 2 hours to complete remove and paste new ones with no extra cost. Am glad they completed and my car looks newer. It is no wonder people are saying they are professional and good in customer service. I have personally experienced it myself.
