2nd time using Oxygen Performance Grooming and Louis has been very responsive when it comes to enquiring for available slots and booking. Checked in the car @ 8am and all was done by 3pm! Satisfied with the outcome and great that the water swirl marks are removed and reduced! - Roy Pek

The team at oxygen performance grooming did a very good job in reinstating my car shine and ensuring the interior details are well cleaned. Before the job they will explain what is going to be done and after the job they will also explain areas which needs to be taken note of. Such as previous scratches or stone chips. Overall top notch service and a short downtime. Highly recommended for car lovers. Returning Customer for 4th Session in 2 years. Motivation for return: 1. Honesty and pride in business e.g. Upfront with charges, no hidden costs and strong commitment to promise 2. Quality Service and Finished Product e.g. Car is indeed back to showroom state, no swirl marks and no water marks 3. Attention to Detail e.g. Crevices on rims and even floor pedals 4. True value for Money e.g. Manpower time (2-3 people to 1 car) paid for time is truly utilized on your car ... tired of those wacky 1 man show car wash wannabe who takes 90 minutes just to shampoo the car (FYI not bus) ... time is money and can be utilized on matters of higher importance ... full grooming session take 4-6 hours though .. I had a wonderful experience. Louis and team were very accommodating to my request to change my appointment several times. Even today I need to go off earlier, his team helped to do up my car first and was ready even before the arranged time. Louis is a very patient and polite fellow. He explained the benefits of the coating and how to take care of it to make it last. The photos were also very well taken!! I will definitely recommend their service to my friends as well! Kudos!! First time decided to engage them after seeing so many photos of other cars' photos from their FB page. I can confidently said they did not disappoint my decision at all. My car was not in a good shape due to the swirl marks. Tried to rectify myself but failed. But they promised that they will be try to restore my car looks at least to 95% due to the seriousness of the marks. They promised and delivered what they said. Really appreciate it. Now my car looks better than I first took it out from agent. If anyone of you still deciding, what are you waiting for? let me tell you, you will not regret it. Absolutely love the work from Louis and his guys.. my car was just resprayed and decided to have a good detailer to get the minor hairline scratches off. Many friends highly recommended him, now i know why. Boss Louis was on time in the morning for my appointment, jump straight into work. Definitely knows what hes doing. During the process, he also explains what hes doing and what I should look out for when maintaining the shine after. Car came out beautifully done. hairline scratches were all removed.
