Very impressive workshop who can do effective insurance claims. I was hit from the side by another car, and went to IDAC who advised me that I could probably only claim back 70% of the repair costs. But I was not the driver at fault! After I brought my car to Alan's, they helped me to do the insurance claims on my behalf, and managed to get back 100% of the repair costs! I did not have to pay anything, plus I got a courtesy car to drive during the repairs, and that did not cost me a cent either!
