Supposed to change 2 19" tyres at other workshop but somehow stumbled upon his adv on sgcarmart. Decided to try his service as the price he quoted was quite competitive and there were many good reviews over here.

I'm glad I did went to him. Service was top notch. Able to take over my 19" rims without any problem and gave good recommendation on which tyres to go for.
Overall, great service from Peter and his team. Keep up the good work!

Just changed my rims and tyres with hiap hong today, i rarely give any reviews for merchants but i really must commend peter and his team on outstanding service. peter was upfront with his dealings, honest with his recommendations and his pricing was very competitive.

Guess my title says it all. thanks Peter. I will not hesitate to recommend anybody to you. and your workers are well trained. I do not rem getting new valves and new metal caps when i changed tyres last time but they did. lastly, keep it up, your sincere attitude is really rare nowadays..

Went to get the Kumho KU31 215/45/17 yesterday. Owner Peter is a very friendly guy. He told me that he's running this hot deal to drum up awareness as he has just moved to this new location which was hard to find - you have to head straight down Tagore Lane and not turn right to the building carpark. It's a simple shop without other frills like Nitrogen filling or wheel alignment but what you get is honest sincere service and extremely good value. The promotion won't last forever so grab the tyres while you can!

I'll definitely call Peter again the next time i want to change tyres.

Saw the 'Grand Opening Deal' for Kumho 215/45R17 under the column of 'Market Place'.

Called up and confirm the pricing with Peter and also his colleague, Jeffrey.

Zoom down and got it fixed up.

On the way there, i was unable to locate the exact venue but Peter patiently guided me through phone despite he was busy changing tyres for his clients.

He even told me that i have to wait for a while as there was 2 others before me.

While waiting for my turn, he keep telling me sorry for the long waiting time as he was short of manpower that day.

Really sincere & honest service from both Peter & Jeffrey.

I would definately recommend Hiap Hong should anyone wants to change their tyres or rims.

Called twice to check price and availability. Helpful and not pushy. Finally on Peter commendations took Goodyear Excellence. Reasonable price for 215/55/17 but excels in service and friendliness.
Comparing this and my other tyre shop before. A.....at serangoon and famous at Amk this much better experience. A.... shop scratched my car as mechanic lazy to push 1by 1push 2 squeeze pass and scratched. Famous Amk....like fish market... but price actually so so.

Just went down to change only one tyre today due to a puncture, Peter & his staff are very friendly and service oriented. Just nice that the tyre I wanted was on offer and location is near to my office.

Called up the shop, and Peter's foreman helped to answer my queries on my requested tires very promptly. Due to the profile of 18" - 215/40 tires required, they were able to track down to Kumho KU31 for good performance and exceptionally good pricing.

Drove down to the shop, and Peter was out getting the tires from the distributor, while his guys helped me test-fitted my imported rims. Peter rushed back with the tires, and once the rims and tires were fitted, he made sure that the rims were not hitting the car fenders and suspension, and gave me the assurance that they were good to go.

As they only accept cash, Peter drove me down to the nearest ATM to withdraw the money. Once everything was settled, Peter used his own cashcard to pay for me parking fees! He was genuinely appreciative of my business. He and his workers' attitude were simply the best I have seen in this business!

Definitely will go back to him in the future!

I went to change my tyres and was greeted by Peter when I arrived early at 8:15am. Peter is very honest and explained to me any questions I have.

I changed my tyres to Hankook V12. The same I'm using before. The price is even cheaper than I bought 2 years ago with Hankook Woodlands. Total damage is $520. The payment term is cash and Peter accompanied me to withdraw the money. He even paid for me the carpark fee using his cash card. No doubt it was not big amount but he thoughtful and down to earth attitude is worth my praise for him.

I strongly recommend this shop.

Yesterday I was driving along SLE and experience wheel noisy and shaky. Finally manage to fine this shop at Tagore Lane for a check. The owner Peter is very patient to fine out the problem and never charge me a single cent. I replace two Nexen N7000 from him and the price is super good. I am very glad for his service and value added service.

Wonderful experience to have my car tires replaced there. Great advice and very helpful worker. Value for money product.

Last min went down today to change for dunlop 302 , no stock at shop but Peter went all the way to get my tire size from the manufactory immediately mfg date was lastest 2012 and the price is the cheapest in market which i can't find elsewhere staff was polite and best of all, leave the shop with a big smile

When there for a tyre patch but found out that leak coming out from cracked rims. Service techs recommend to change rims. Even though I do not have enough cash in hand, Peter, the boss, offered to drive me to the nearest ATM which was about 2km away. Overall experience very pleasant.

Visited the shop yesterday around 8am... Change new tyres and new rims... Left as a happy customer... Friendly boss and hardworking workers... Even helped to wash my spare tyre and air blown dry before placing it back in my car boot.

My intital plan was to just change 4 tyres only but was attracted to one set of rims that they have. Good service by the technican and very patient with me asking a lot of questions. Kudo to Peter and his team. Will definately go back to them. Good job guys.
