When I drove through the hump or pot hole, my Mitsubishi Lancer GLX 1.6M got sounds. I suspected that the suspension problem and went to Jeep Chee Trading Pte Ltd due to the positive feed back in SG carmart. I met the boss Eric and after discussion, he drove the test drive. He also suspected the suspension problem. He told me that he need to check thoroughly again for confirmation and it will take about 2-3 hours. I do not want to wait there so that I & my wife decided to go to the near by Joo Chiat market. He offer to gave us a drive there.
After coming back from shopping, he confirmed that my car need to change front shocks and bush and let me know the charges. When I agree, his men started to change the shocks and completed within 45 minutes as promised. After this he and me drove again for testing. The car is more stable and the sounds was disappeared. He told me that the rear shocks no need to change but if I want to change ask me to come back again in next week. He offered me the reasonable charges to change the shocks as well as servicing. After driving back home, I felt that this is a quality work with reasonable price. Thanks Eric. Keep it up your working attitude and good service. Recommend to go this workshop.

Faced some problem in my ride and drove over to Jeep Chee for some rectification. Have a quick chat with one of the staffs and update me on the problems that I am facing.

Did some checking and advise me on the problems and the solution. What I like about Jeep Chee is that instead of asking you to change the list of items....They break down and resolve the problem with consideration of our pockets. Appreciate it.

Unsure whether I am their regualr customer, but for me they are definitely the regular workshop that I visit.

was at jeep chee earlier on. when i came by , the small premise had so many cars,i thought it looked busy and i am gonna spend the whole afternoon her.but fret not, the cust svc was alright...attended to the car immeadiately ,not much waiting...it was a misfiring engine issue..i was impressed they took effort to diagnose and narrow in and nail the problem...plug cables out,ignition coil in about 2 hours. just one thing, their labour could be abit high ONLY if you know how much the parts cost at your usual part supply shop...i mean in SG all shop will confirm chop you like carrot...but this workshop is slight merciful... still reasonable and recommended. best is their if it aint broken dont fix attitude...recommended!

Have been their customer since 1993. Enough said. :)

changed my shock tamper price was good and boss friendly

Went to change exhaust system due to inspection. Boss and staff are knowledgeable and made some recommendations. Prices were reasonable and after-sales service is good. The boss even let me drove his car to run errands while my car was being serviced. Will be returning to let them service my car.

Thought of doing some minor works on my muffler, and thought on a Sat afternoon sure will be jam packed like mad. Went to Man first but totally engaged. So proceed to Jeep Chee and saw a few cars too. However, do not have to wait long as the staff were very quick with their hands and the boss Eric (the pricing he quote is no nonsense and very reasonable) is pancing around too. Maybe thats why the staff were motivated enough lol.

In the end, just took less than half an hour to fix my stuff on a busy Sat noon.. that was a very big relief! Thumbs up.

Went down to have my shock damper changed. The boss was enthusiastic in recommending and observant to whatever problem the car may have. Have been getting a knocking noise when i turn at slow speed. The boss diagnosed the problem with the bearing. He went the extra mile to source around the area for the spare part. The noise went off instantly. The mechanics are quick with their hands. I notice they have good teamwork, hence completing the job very quickly. Good Job!

Went to JC to replace my muffler. I was attended to the minute i got out of my car and was advised on the cost and possible which parts are required. installation was very fast too- it was ready by the time i finished my coffee at the coffeeshop opposite.

Honest and straightforward customer service from their boss eric. No joke,go down take a look.

Went down to Jeep Chee as I heard several good feedbacks, so no harm giving a try. I had my muffler swapped there & this was also my first time patronizing Jeep Chee. Mr Eric attended to my enquiries & took a look at my item before anything was done. He got to know that my item was actually meant for a newer model of my ride & made known to me there might be a possibility that it might need a little modification to bolt it on perfectly. He also further detailed to me the differences in labour charges & I agreed before any work was started. Next moment, he got 2 mechanics to do the swap. A fitting check was done & the swap was completed within 20 minutes, before I could even finish my lunch at the opposite coffeeshop. My item was nicely done up, good service & advice from Jeep Chee. I never regret trying out & will definitely go back again in future. Thumps up for Jeep Chee!

Went to replace my exhaust of my second hand car after it failed inspection. To my surprise, unlike other similar workshops I approached who couldn't help but tried to somehow push some service and give false hope to me, JC had stock for my model. Boss and workers very service-orientated no nonsense, fast, honest and efficient service. They really made my day.

Had a bent exhaust facing downwards more on 1 side as compared to the other so went to Jeep Chee yesterday morning. The guys there immediately cheerfully shifted a taxi to help me do this simple 5 mins job which only cost me 10 bucks to get it properly adjusted. Nice guys nice service even though I dont know them.

Fix extractor sometime back, different from old. The new extractor is longer and give better drag and power.

After a recent fender-bender, while my car was only damaged on the exterior (no interior mechanical components damaged), my car felt a bit off in terms of exhaust flow and performance. Went to Jeep Chee as was nearer to my home and was a specialist in exhaust systems.Boss Eric was very friendly and gave very good and honest advice on what may be the problem. Fixed the exhaust piping and tightened up the whole system and tested the car thoroughly. Car boost was back to normal again. :)While I was there, really observed their staff and how they went about doing the work. No nonsense, very efficient and good workmanship overall.Redone my customized exhaust piping with them and Eric gave honest opinions on what things to modify for the performance and budget aspects you are looking for, never tries to oversell or push products that is not needed.Reasonable pricing and good workmanship, I will continue to support and patronize his place in the foreseeable future.
