Bought a vehicle battery from them on Feb 2009. On Nov 2009, the battery suddenly "die off". After sending to our regular workshop for checking found that the "battery" faulty. Call Joseph to complain and he keep deny that his battery "no problem". Don't even call back as promise. What king of "After Sales" service is that ?

As a first time rims and tyres buyer, the service provided to me is excellent. The boss answered my enquiry on the phone with friendliness. The boss is willing to give a good and fair price for my wheels appreciating that I am his new customer. The replacement is fast and good. Ended up talking longer with the boss than the replacement time.

Friendly and nice boss. I was attended by him personally and he was keen to explain and recommend the type of tires for my car. Price reasonable and 4 tires changed in half an hour.

The boss Joseph is very friendly and helpful, and the price quoted is also very reasonable (not to mention negotiable). Service is quite fast - I got 4 of my tyres changed in half an hour last saturday. This is what I call excellent and efficient service!

Been owning and driving cars for over 30 years. Recently purchased a set of Bridgestone Adrenalin Potenza RE001 tyres from the shop. The boss personally attend to customers, friendly, very patient and good service Prices are negotiable and reasonable as compared to others. His mode of business is to have customers going back to him again for replacement of tyres or sports rims. Before changing to the above Bridgestone, I installed another brand 1 week before after reading how good the tyre is. But the performance did not meet the specifications and my expectations. Went back to the boss and told him about the problem and after understanding my expectation and bad encounter of the tyres, he agreed to take back the tyres and I just topped up the different price for the Bridgestone tyres. Will not hesitate to patronise him again when I have to change the tyres of my 2nd car. Highly recommended. Thumbs up for his good service and patience.
