base on the review in sgcarmart, i decided to give it a try to send in my Estima to repair aircon gas leakage problem, Yes, as per other comments, nigel serve my car personally, give relevant comment and advise and i pick my car up the next day. however, i found some minor issue on my car head light, and some noise comes from my audio system which i suspect not properly patch/install back after the aircon repair. i give a call back to huat lee and their staff immediate arrange with me an appointment to fix it up for me without further question ask.i feel so comfortable and satisfy with their after sales service, next, nigel immediate give me an follow up call to show his concern to my car. from here, i feel release to have my car repair in their workshop, i can see that they ensure the quality of service they given to any one. definetly go back for any furture car maintainance neededs. Thanks!

Quality products, excellent service and competitive prices

My Axio had a problem of uneven vibration... seen all the good reviews and decided to try Huat Lee.... Best choice I have made in years!! Other workshops were not able to solve it, but Nigel did with two copper wire.. vibrations became a lot lesser and am now monitoring before I bring back again to nip the probem in the butt . Thanks Nigel!!:) Don't think any other workshop will spend so much time and effort in trying to solve such a difficult problem.(they'll probably say this is spoilt so change and the problem is still there). Nigel is very knowledgeable and is really earnest in trying to help me solve my car's problem. While I was there, did my servicing with their performance oil and my car felt more powerful straightaway. Highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking for a workshop and sticking to it. Will definitely recommend all my friends there!

Read the reviews and decided to visit the shop. Though it's small setup but all necessary equipment are in place. Experienced mechanics and good boss. Professional in all the checks and recommendations. Didn't go for full oil and transmission change but changed to the soft tires as recommended by boss. Only downside is that they do not provide car wash. But overall a good servicing job on reasonable prices.

First visit at 100k servicing. Previously had my Altis serviced at Borneo thinking it should be the best for Toyota. Owner Nigel identified so many problems that Borneo had ignored all along. First time the car felt so smooth and powerful!

Diagnosed and fixed problem on my car that Authorised Dealer's car workshop didn't even pick up and the car is still under 3 yr dealer warranty. Dealer workshop kept on saying "no problem". Knew the problem after I described him the chain of advents that causes it. Also you can always tell by quality of the parts a mechanic uses if he is generally good or not. Huat supplied me with GS (aka Yuasa) batteries which I found out are actually top quality and compared to other mechanics they were charging similar pricing but under cut on quality. Will go there from now on to get my car serviced and no longer use "authorised dealer workshop".

Just did my 40k servicing at Huat Lee. Their service is top notch and friendly. Their boss, Nigel, is very friendly and knowledgeable. So far, I find their workshop is one of the better ones and will definitely return in future.

Just sent in my march for servicing this morning. Friendly service. Though i think they were quite busy to entertain me so didn't get much of the helpful advice. Though I definitely could feel the difference in my 13 year old march.
