I have rented twice from their Tampines office. Their customer service is friendly and straight forward. The cars that I have rented were Altis and Avante. The Avante was felt like a new car and had good performance while driving on the NSHW. They seem to be quite popular among the public so do call in early if you are planning to rent a car from them.

We needed a 8 seater mpv for the annual qing ming festival. I heard about bkw rent a car through my AIG car insurance policy. We hired a toyota previa from them and wasn't disappointed. The car is very maintained given that it is 8 years old, clean, no funny smell and they even provided a half tank of petrol. For a small fee, they will even send the vehicle to your choice Location and the service person was also punctual and polite. I will definitely consider their service in future.

An excellent rental company. Cars are clean and washed before giving to any customer. I am already a regular to their outlet in STA - Boon Lay, inside Star Auto. Rates are reasonable too and had a variety of cars to choose, depending on your budget. Keep it up.

I have rented cars from BKW for 2 times. Their cars are superbly maintained and really feel comfortable. They really take care of their cars.Unlike some other rental companies who have coffee stains on the fabric seats, BKW maintains high standards. They take pride in their cars.
