One of the most patience team i ever seen... be it mechanic or S.A i believe as they the one who often followed up after service if issues still occured.. mechanic is general very detailed in doing the diagnostic report n repairs.. S.A melvin who is often patient with me when i have issues faced n provide knowledge in giving me possible issues n also able to give the right solution whenever pops over. I have been sending my continental car Q5 for mainly trouble shooting and nagging engine misfiring, unstable temperature sensors problems and a host of others issues like excessive fuel consumption. These problems already exist when I took over the car 3.5 year old. I had been driving it the last 4 year. Was inexperience and took the car even as the milleage was 93 K. Had inherited endless problems associated with it. The first 2 year relied on a workshop at Enterprise Hub, Toh Guan. Had spent countless times repairing and change of parts at the shop. At e bidding of e workshop people there. And spent a phenomenal amount. Since sending my car to this w/shop, it had been a pleasant experience seeing how helpful the manager and mechanics at this w/shop tended to my car problems. 1). The major issues like car misfiring and air con intermittent problem was quickly addressed. 2). The irregular ventilation of blow-by gases and engine oil from the oil separator caused the car to misfire when the engine is revved at above 4500RPM. After the oil separator and breather hose was changed, the car performed as per normal again. This are traits of well trained, experience supervisor and mechanics at the shop. It is also well equipped to deal with the myriads of issues related to Conti cars. I would without hesitation reccommend friends and car owners to put their trust to the shop. With these qualities it will surely augur well for e future prospects of the company. My appreciation to the staff of this shop and especially the supervisor Mr Azlee and the Mechanic Mr Faizal who had helped with my car problems. - Wee Kim
