The people in Favordrive car rental are one of the honest people I met. I rented a car from them for a week as I send my car for servicing. When I return to them, I left my own car key in the rented car as I was rushing off. They call me shortly to inform me so I went back to collect it.

Few days later I got a call from them again, this time they told me I left all the parking coupon which is worth 10 bucks in the car and ask me to come back to collect if I pass by.

I was really quite impressed by their honesty as I totally forget about it.

Their cars were also quite well-maintained and the rates is one of the best in Singapore.

I wish them all the best, they did not ask me to write this but I feel that honesty people should be rewarded.

Rented an MPV from them during the CNY, long queue upon collection cos of the peak period so many people taking car. But service was good, car was cleaned and price is reasonable. Situated near by my place, which is convenient for me. Small outlet, thought was illegal car rental but it turned out to be authorised one upon checking. No new cars to keep pricing low but minor scratches here and there is inevitable i guess. Thanks for your service, will be back! Cheers and Happy New Year!

Sent my car for repairs and was recommended by workshop to this rental company. Was skeptical at first as I had bad experience with car rental before. But left with no choice as repair has to take a few days. Workshop's staff actually sent me to the car rental company, though nearby, and stayed with me throughout. In the end, unlike the previous experience, I was quite comfortable with the T&C and the car was alright. Upon return, the staff of car rental company sent me back to workshop to collect my car. Indeed a better experience and good cooperation between the 2 companies for the well-being of customers. Well done and keep it up!

Happen to come upon their website while searching for the nearest car rental in Aljunied and was surprised to discover they are actually near by my doorstep. Rented a car over the weekend from them for family use; staff were very friendly and helpful, explained terms and conditions thoroughly, a readily available 24-hr helpline puts my mind at ease as I intend to go into JB for an errand. Condition of the car was well maintained, even though they were not new ones. Overall nice and very good experience with them. As I had previously rented from a suspected-illegal car rental before, the slight cheaper rates but unreliable services provided really kills off my expectation of car renting. Wish them all the best and its fortunate for me that they are located near my home as I know where to patronise for car rental now. Cheers!
