Up for a very good and excellent workshop! Friendly and capable boss and mechanic! Brought my vios over for him to check. He did a very good job explain everything though I asked alot of qns but nevertheless he did his best to explain to me. And gave me alot of tips on money savings on the car! Did a Liqui Moly servicing package and some minor parts change. Will recommend all my friends to visit him. A honest and reliable person for ur car whom can take good care of!! A very patience and meticulous professional. The workshop is tidy and clean thus reflecting the image of the workshop. They were able to identify the root cause of my BMW520i and BMW X3 problem. Solved and happy with it. Did all my servicing with them ever since. Keep up the good work EASTWEST!!

My husband & I always go to Hanafi (the boss) whenever we have problems with our car and he always patiently assess our situation over the phone and decide if we should go see him/or he should come to us. He is honest and friendly, definitely will not overcharge. For my last servicing (80K), I complained that I had difficulty managing my steering wheel and my car felt heavy. It was actually battery fault, he fixed it and after that I felt like my car was given a new life. It was the down-to-earth service that I really appreciated, especially when I am a woman and know nothing about cars. The boss just made me feel at ease. We are definitely going back.

Got to know this shop frm another mechanic who intro me to this shop's mechanic aka the boss. The thing that i like about the shop is that you will feel welcome as the mechanics are all very friendly, approachable unlike some other shops that ive went so far. Not to mentioned experienced. So far my car have not been giving problem ever since ive been a regular customer at the shop. The best thing i like is the extra service dat the boss is willing to cater to the client. That is free transportation from client's place to his shop. Definitely no issue on that. All can be arranged. Last but not least no worries abt u being ketok whatsoever as he will ensure that anything done will be based on clients' exoectations and budgets. Thumbs up 4 me.
