A very honest workshop. Like the way they work and service and they dont mark up the parts they only charge resonable price on the labour, They really have customer heart and they wun slash the price which help us in our pocket also. So wish I can know them earlier. I was there for the first time back in April to try the air-con servicing and have decided to give it a shot for my coming 100,000 km servicing.

Done my 100,000 km servicing yesterday. I'm impressed with the guys there. Friendly environment, great teamwork, great attitude, reasonable pricing and very patient in answering my questions and clearing some of my doubts. Gained some knowledge today too. Definitely a great experience.

Hope Zach and co to keep it up always. Never stop improving. Thumbs up!

collected car at around 10pm... was surprised they were still open... they were finishing up my servicing! (OT-ing?)

mechanics told me what was wrong and advised to change soon as it was dangerous...

overall great experience and will be making it my regular go-to workshop...

Did my first servicing last tuesday, as I had to rush to camp I left my car parked outside the shop at 6.40am Zach then came all the way to my camp to collect the keys and volunteered to pick me up after he is done servicing my car.

I paid $128 for the servicing (using liqui Moly Top Tec 4100 and also engine flush). And he replaced my brake shoe, rear brake pump(as its leaking oil) and valve cover gasket. The bill was reasonable and he also gave me a 10% discount for the total bill. I did ask him about changing my engine mounting and tyres but was told that they are all working fine thus there is no need for the replacement.

Overall I wold say the service and price is good and would strongly recommend this workshop to anyone who needs to service their vehicle. Or do any replacement of parts.

My first time visit and had my servicing done on my alphard today. Workshop
was clean and nice did a Rev X oil change and spark plug too.

Price was reasonable.

Honest mechanic too told me what is needed to be change. Not pushes at all.

A lot of workshop are made to kill & even make you worry on the positive feedback if there are problem on your car & make you no choice to replace on the spot with Rapid Automobile I can say will provide necessary solution & affordable budget. The very first time I service my car without a single feedback by the experience mechanic and he carefully audited the service point check list. I have also recommended my sibling on their service and also felt happy and a peace of mind. I will definitely stick to rapid Automobile for my permanent workshop. Hey people do look out for Zach the boss of the company you will never regret for sure..

This my first time visit d shop to do jet injection cleaning. Great product. Very responsive,more omph power ans can feel lots more smoothly. Was actually recommended by forum. Also did air-con cleaning and during checks they found out my air-con filter is not correct size meaning previous mechanic did not do a good job( Alex, you did not do a good job). Then they replaced with a correct size. After service,can really feel fresh air and cooler without even need to run the engine.

Decided to give a review to Rapid Automobile Repair Pte Ltd after some great experience there. Had my swift changed all 3 mountings which I found it cheaper than all the places I gone to and the thing that surprised me is the friendy and honest service given to me by their boss Zach who offer price with no mark up on parts bought from stockist and a low labour charge and the boss even brought me back to office to continue work and fetch me from my office to get the car when ready at lunch time..this gonna make me stick with them for any other maintenance in the future because as a girl who not really know anything bout cars needs someone kind and honest like them. Cheers and wish u all have a blossom business endeavor.

Had my second hand Hyundai accent checked today after 1 month of driving. Was looking for a reliable workshop to diagnose any problem or replacement needed for the car. Decided to try out Rapid Auto but quite worried as there is not feedback. To cut the long story short, I gave it a try. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. The mechanic, Marco, was honest enough to tell me which parts are still good to go and not necessary to do replacement. Gave me some good advices on some of the faulty parts and did not insist that I need to change, unlike some workshops which are all out to make the 'kill'. The MD, Zach, is a friendly guy who is candid enough to share his experience. Thumps up for their service. Keep it up. Cheers!
