I need to give this workshop a thumb-up. Previously, due to budget, I went to another workshop to get repair done. Although I paid a cheaper cost but job was not properly done and new problem come up. So I went to Prowerkz, told Nick about the issue. His staff are very meticulous, took the effort to show me what and where the problem. Finally gearbox problem solved.
Told myself I should have heed the advice from fellow Fiat owner right from start and straight come to Prowerkz. Not the cheapest if compare, but the assurance and work done will make me stick to them for future service.

This workshop is different from those I've been before. The staff are friendly and mannered. Went test drive with the staff to point out the noise from my bravo. Staff is able to rectify quickly. Overall experience is good.

When arrived, saw many type of cars for repair and servicing. But when I told them the problem on my Alfa, they instantly know where the fault is. Very honest and reasonable boss Nick, he shared many tips and highlight what i should be looking at if I encounter problem. Although much Italian cars, but they don't called themselves specialist, they have the passion for them instead. The staff are very friendly and humble. I also did aircon flushing and cleaning throttle and result is superb. Compare this workshop with my previous at Sin Ming, I'm gonna stay with Prowerkz definitely, the standard of workmanship and responsibility is what a driver should look at.

Just came back from Prowerkz and I would recommend this trustworthy workshop. No beat-around-bush talk. Reasonable price for the quality of work done. Nick is good at troubleshooting problem on Fiat too.

since sam left egnergie and not many pple good in fiat bravo - i decide to give them a try and went for a normal oil change and oil filter - cashier lady is friendly , and foreman nick is approachable too . prices is abit higher than egnergie or alfa sportivo. . gd at least nick help to drain the oil instead jus sucking from top . clean jus that my underengine cover not put back nicely as it should be

Did my major service.
Spark plug, engine oil filter.
Checked and changed rear Brake shoe.
Replaced front wheel linkage.
Tyre rotation free
Clutch calibration free

Really attentive to details and generous to do checks for free.
Felt safe as a Fiat owner.
