My ride had a niggling issue where the rear tyres sometimes hit the wheel arc during high speeds on uneven road. managed to book an appointment after CB ended to install rear camber kit and alignment. The labour was very fast despite having quite a few cars at the workshop and issue was solved! Ride quality and handling is superb! Haven't felt like this for a long time now, feels amazing. It is a shame when one individual ruins the good and hard work of a whole team! Called the hotline to book, and enquired if they were equipped to do an AWD. On arrival left the car with their No. 2, (truly hard working chap). Reiterated AWD Spec! Came back after lunch, saw No.2 and 3 (lady boss) checking/testing and even cross rotating after alignment. Very impressed at this point. Paid and drove off. Car tracked very straight and demonstrated a new light footed behaviour. Charming, however needed some getting used to, specifically with management of 300+BHP in acceleration in corners. A quick check of print out revealed that alignment spec. done for the wrong model of car and FWD. Returned, promptly and politely attended to by No 2 and 3 obviously concerned and upset with mistake (there was no fuss at all, thru strained smiles all around). Whilst car is up on bench same worker now is now correcting adjustments for the correct model of car but still FWD not AWD. Correct specs. brought on screen and super hasty adjustments made without acknowledgment. (Obviously we SG's dislike making mistakes and detest it when pointed out). Cars fine, but that's not quite the way things should be done - wouldn't you say. PS - new print out now shows right front toe outside whilst back wheels are brought into spec. - M W
