The customer service support offered is excellent. I was attended by Ms Joyce Tan from the very start from enquiries via whatsapp until the collection of the car in person at their office. Joyce provided very detailed information of the available cars which made it easy for my selection and fast confirmation of the car to be rented. During the car collection, it was fuss free and quick as well. I had some problems with the car camera after I collected the car and Joyce assisted all the way. She is very efficient, responsible and replies promptly even when she is off-work (Sunday). I highly recommend Skyway as their rates are good and the cars are new and in good condition.
