My 3rd car using their fantastic car mats. It certainly cost at least 50% more than the typically 3A or 3M woven mat but it also exceeds in convenience, hygiene and maintenance. Wonderful staff ( Sean Chan & Win ) who will gladly serve you with their warmness and product knowledge. Didn't have to pre order for my last 2 purchase but had to for the 3rd one. Due to my experience with the products performance and quality, I wasn't bothered with the waiting time. Just didn't want to use any other car mat. Great product! Fantastic customer experience!

The Royal series mats look and feel good. The fit is what sold me on it. Not cheap but having nice mats that don't require adjustments after every trip for many years down the road makes it worth it. I checked with the staff if they have spare one and they replied almost immediately and spare me a set of 4 FOC. though I only need 1 . Superb service as always .
