Pleasant experience with the boss (Dexter). Didn't know they have shifted to a few levels up at the same building. Sent my Fiat to do some simple servicing few months back and was also informed by mechanic Shen/Sheng about an oil leak that will have to be rectified soon. No hard selling on their end. Price is also reasonable.

Drove down to Dexter's and his team workshop upon confirmation with Dexter on power steering fluid change. Was attend to very promptly upon arrival and his mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable. Had given good advice on changing the Power Steering belt as well so i heed their advice and the noise is gone. They are priced reasonably too. Thumbs up to Dexter and his team and its my second visit to this shop! Keep it up!

First got to know about them through Sgcarmart many months ago but I didn't patronize them. Coincidentally it was following my buddy to repair his Alfa at G.R that I decided to do my servicing for my "Mistress" Too. Many alfas over there you will think it is THE home of the ALFAS. Subsequently i changed my coilover etc at Dexter's too. The boss is an honest chap it's evident from the way they do their business. Pricing may not be the cheapest out there but for the workmanship I'll say it's worth it. I am surprised they are not listed under the specialist in alfa romeos. But not to be frightened there's a good mix of japanese korean and italians here.

A garage worth revisiting. Glad to have sent my Italian Mistress to Dexter. Gave great advice and took the effort to check on the car and advise on potential W&T issues.

Very reasonable labour charges and the boss Dexter is a friendly folk. Workmanship is pretty good and their mechanics are very knowledgeable on my Toyota. They service all sorts of makes from contis to korean cars. Seen many Alfas over there.

Dexter also helped me resolved my wife's opel breakdown. Other workshops advised me to change gearbox. But Dexter diagnosed n confirm it's not gearbox faulty.. He managed to solve it and help me save a bomb by not replacing the gearbox.

Can be crowded at times. I normally call to make appt before going down.

2-3x coolant flushes w bhardhal lfc i think

Workmanship
Excellent workmanship, not only in replacing the old parts (even every clamp and bolt tightened & No spill of oil and coolant). Very satisfied with their service and their prices are very reasonable. Boss Dexter(same name as me) also took time to explain and diagnose other points of failure in my car. Will definitely come back for servicing and repair.

I have been to many workshops, none have really given me the confidence and workmanship like GR. After the repairs and works, there is not one single drip of oil, coolant, loose nut, loose plastic, lost cable ties in my engine bay. Speaks volumes of their quality service.

Technical Competency
Very good TC, had modern OBD toys and tools to find out my error codes. Staff is well trained to systematically find out the root cause, what happened, symptoms and then eliminate problems one-by-one in the case of my "Got crank - got battery - got ignition" But cannot start car problem(in the end fuel pump died).

Overall Experience
Good knowledge of GM cars(chevie, fords,opels) and other korean/conti makes. Got Air con office to relak one corner, free drinks if you shamelessly request.

Been to many different workshops and I must say that my experience with dexter (the boss) was a very pleasant one.

Changed my engine mounting for my sister's FD1, was charged at a very competitive and fair price. Moreover the job was done properly and I did not have to wait very long.

Recommended for all car drivers out there. Do contact him for an appointment to avoid disappointment.

One of the best workshops i ever go. The Boss (Dexter) and the staff was friendly. The Boss was humble and even go hands-on with the repair... It gives me a warmth feeling when i am there. Doesn't matter if you are driving a $30,000 car to a $300,000 car. The Boss will do do a proper diagnostic and repairs for you. The prices are fair and just and their technical expertise is quite rich and spot-on. Certainly, a worthwhile place to do your repairs and servicing.

My experience with Dexter was very pleasant and he is always willing to share knowledge and give the best options for my needs. Servicing with them was a piece of mind as he will do a good professional job and go direct diagnose instead of running circles like other unscrupulous workshops I have been to in the past.

My piece of mind was that his many years of experience with different make and especially Alfas, he was able to troubleshoot and diagnose the root of the problem.
