Thank you mr Eric who help to tow my car when my car spoilt and stuck at custom, he come all the way down from Punggol to tuas custom to help us in the midnight and charge us at a very reasonable price. Mr. Eric Chong was amazingly efficient, very very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a dead battery on Chinese New Year day, I found Eric's number from internet and called him up, he said he will be at my condo in 5 minutes and he did arrive in 5 mins. He fixed my problem in 5 mins and gave me few hints. he was very friendly. Hats off to Eric for his wonderful service on Chinese New Year day!! - Ruwan Fernando

My car couldn't start due to a faulty battery, found this page through Google. Alex responded to my phone call immediately and came down to my location within half an hour. Was very impressed at the speed and quick response time, and his friendliness as well. Was also expecting to be charged a hefty sum for such services as well, as honestly would believe most people would overcharge for such services due to the circumstances. However, the pricing Alex charged us was very very reasonable as well, which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend having his workshop's number on hand for Singaporeans travelling into JB for emergency purposes. - Tony Chew

Check engine light started blinking after Perling toll. Call this guy asking for tow but instead, he came down to check if he could help rectify the problem on the spot. He came down within 15 mins, told me car is still okay to move. I wanted to pay him for his time and effort, but he kept refusing. Best lad ever! - Nurul Hakim
