After Sebastian did a demo & full explanation of the product, with no hesitation I got the latest Stage 4 module with 2 actuators. No regret from January 2019 till today. Fully customizable which type of sound & volume you want your car to have. Change of sound & volume is very handy as the product integrates with the car steering wheel buttons. People will take 2 or 3 look when the car pass by as they are wondering what type of engine is under the hood or what type of exhaust system is at the rear. They add a nice tone to your cars exhaust and the exhaust tone is fully customisable on the fly through your phone or through car original buttons eg like on your steering wheel. You can emulate race car sounds, a huge v8 or V6 engine or even a maserati like sound and can adjust the volume , intensity when it cuts in or cuts out or reduces volume at ur own preferred settings. It also doesn't touch your cars exhaust system at all so it will not be a problem and you can keep ur car warranty and most of all lta legal. It just taps an rpm signal from your car so it doesn't meddle with any of your cars electronics. I even tried it at a max setting and you can attract all the attention you want should u want it. Or just set it to a low deep idle sound and at low speeds so u don't get the typical drone which is tuneable/adjustable like other cars who changed their exhaust muffler. Overall a good buy and enjoying it daily. Can be fixed on Japanese Korean and conti cars. - Re Ve

Went to maxhaust to listen live for the first time as I was not a believer of those active exhaust actuators once I got down sebestian was there greeted me and gave me a live demo to hear and even slowly explained to me in detail what is maxhaust all about eventually got one myself and it sounds awesome! The best thing is he has a great aftersales service guiding me on how to use the app and helping me with problems that I've faced with maxhaust. Also the benefits of being in team maxhaust is great! I bought a second hand set from my friend who dekitted. Initially I was a bit paiseh at approaching Sebastian on installation and settings etc as I did not purchase the set from them direct. But to my surprise, Sebastian was super helpful and friendly. He assisted me in arranging for their authorized workshop. I requested for a urgent installation and even though their schedule was packed he still managed to help me squeeze a installation slot for 2.30pm the next day. Before I went down, Sebastian also explained the different parts of the sets to ensure that when I bought over the set from my friend, that I had all the parts that was required. I felt that his after sales service exceeded my expectation as i did not expect him to explain so much to me, knowing that I did not buy this set first hand from him. Throughout the whole installation process, Sebastian also msg to check if everything was okay. After installation, what surprised me even more was that Sebastian told me to come down to their showroom so that he could help me tune the settings. I did not buy the set first hand from Sebastian but yet, he had went the extra mile to reply all my questions and assist me on the settings. I am very thankful and I will definitely return to buy a new stage 4 module from Sebastian and his team. - Michael Vandol

Tried asking for installation manual but was outright rejected because they insist to only do installation at their workshop. Would have appreciated some flexibility as I am very particular about worksmanship especially seeing how my friends had their set installed. Was surprised that I did not receive any messages or communication for almost a day once it was made clear that i got a second hand unit from a friend as he was dekitting. Only managed to get response after texting again at night. Despite the good reviews here, what i got was slow response and unwillingness to communicate as im not a "paying customer" even though i was supporting his product. I had to actually call up their German HQ in which I was told I should have been given the installation manual regardless as they have a partner here in Singapore and they are obligated to pass the manual to me. All in all, i have nothing against the product but the service rendered was far from what i had expected. Will i recommend the product; yes. But i will not recommend the company/distributor here. There are better or same product that has better services. You will be much better served by the guys from cete whom i got another unit for my second car. - Marx Leong
