I am currently with them for more than 1 year and was attended by Nigel. He was friendly, helpful and will try his best to assist you. Car servicing is excellent and comprehensive. I have rented cars from other companies and the overall service was very bad. Highly recommended Vincar for your car rental needs. Although not the cheapest company to rent a car from, the servicing workshop and the service from Vincar reps are great. When the usual rep I deal with (Nigel Tang) was not available, he arranged for a colleague to take over. Have a pleasant experience with my leasing car by Vincar. Been renting close to 2yrs now. No issue with them. Workshop is fast and efficient, with a nice waiting lounge to rest.
