I am glad to be served by Zay for his recommendation on X700. I am very satisfied with the service as well as advise given on the selection of X700 with the connect feature on any impact notification to my car.I strongly recommend on Thinkware dashcam and especially on the service by ZMC.

Came to Thinkware main distributor at Serangoon North Ave 4 and gets cosy.. Reception is friendly Nd kniwleagable.. Helps me to choose the most suitable machine with paring battery pack... Excellent explanation on functionality for the camera...I have also installed the 6D car mat for my Harrier... It is a fully covered floor mat that protects the carpet from water spills and dirt.. Happy..

Got a new U1000 dash cam on 16 Oct 19.

Zay was very professional in his service and took his time to brief on the functionality of the new dashcam. He even went the extra mile to resolve the hotspot issue with my Note 10 and the dashcam.

Got my ride install with Thinkware Dashcam , very clear and easy to download, thumb up .
Excellent service from the staff Zay , helpful and knows the products.
