Aloysius and his team did great work for me and my car and I have nothing but effusive words to say about the quality of the paintwork they do, the service standards and the impeccable customer experience they gave me. 1) Aloysius listens to the customer's needs and spares no effort in customising his proposed solutions according to it instead of just the wholesale 'spray the whole car' or 'spray this whole part, that whole part'. The end result is superb. 2) He makes sure what is delivered is fantastic and within a good time. Where there were things that were not perfect, he and even his father came in hands-on to refine it such that I am a delighted customer. 3) Aloysius is patient and answers questions and explains well so that the customer understands what is to be done and why. 4) Price is good! I didn't go painting just request for re-fix my bumper… I tot is minor but in fact ah Sheng show me is serious inside band. Before I send for 1 workshop but refuse repair because not doing painting.
