Prior to collecting my new car, I was researching and looking for reputable car coating detailer. I was introduced to Reliance Auto Service (Sam) by a fellow Hyundai Avante CN7 telegram group brother. Indeed as they have claimed, Sam is extremely friendly and informative with prompt replies! I went to his workshop immediately after collecting my new car and entrusted my new car to his team of professionals. His staff, Htin Zaw Oo, attended to me and I took up the 3 packages - Supagard advanced polysilazane coating package with "Easy Clean" technology with Supagard bionic wheel protection, Supagard Leather Preserver and Supavision. The entire process took about 5 hours and the gloss is amazing at first sight! Am hoping the coating can last as long and it is as durable and easy to wash as it claims! A week after doing the coating, they offered also a quality check and a complimentary cash wash to ensure all is good. Overall I'm pleased and I highly recommend them. Found their service through Carousell, had to repair my torn car seat , Elgin from reliance auto was quick to propose either a partial replacement ($150) or a simple touch up repair ($80), after comparing the pros n cons.. went ahead with the partial replacement, even did the rim touch up and leather care :) The end result was good, the seam could have been better but for that price.. it's good enough and save me a couple of hundred instead of replacing the whole seat ! Sam is very professional and explain everything about the product. People always says first impression counts, the first thing I reached, he and the experience detailers check the whole car for me and did a 3 steps paintwork correction, not urgent and rushing job, really see and touch for the details of the car situation. Through his further explanation upon seeking further advice, manage to add more treatment to the ride with Supagard Vision Glass Treatment and Leather Preserver on top of Polysilazane Coating to the car.
