Was recommended to do PPF for my Brompton bikes at Eazycool by a friend. I was quite skeptical at first as I have not heard of them. After much considerations, I decided to give them a try. I must say that they are very professional in their work. The staff who wrapped my bikes did such a wonderful job. His workmanship was very good. The lady (Winnie) who attended to me was very service oriented and helpful. Being quite impressed with what they did for my bikes, I went ahead to replace my car's solar film with them. I rarely get impressed by products and services nowadays regardless of whether they are cheap or expensive - been there, done that. The fact that I am taking the time and effort to recommend these guys says something. The entire experience from start to finish was great (workmanship was exceptional). Janice attended to my queries patiently and in a timely fashion on WhatsApp. Told her straight-up that I have high expectations - luckily she did not turn me down! She took care of co-ordination between the workshop and me throughout the entire process and provided updates when necessary. At the workshop, I spoke with with Dick to discuss my concerns and let him know what are the areas on the frameset and groupset where I would want the PPF applied. We ended up having a very long and good chat about cycling and motorcycles! Could feel the passion in him and I felt cautiously optimistic that my frameset is in good hands because he seems to know all the pain points of someone who takes care of his stuff and the areas on the bike which are prone to damage. Told him to protect the frameset and groupset as much as practicable, and take his time as I have always considered PPF application to be an art/skill rather than "just another job". I went to pickup the frameset more than a week later on Christmas Eve (it was 1/2 day for the workshop) and met Wilson - the craftsman who executed the PPF application. He was polite and patient and went over the entire frameset to show me his work. He also explained to me why it was not possible or practical to apply PPF at certain areas rather than not talking about it and hoping to brush me off and leave for Christmas. I was impressed by his workmanship. There were areas where matte and gloss finish PPF had to be applied next to each other. The PPF met so seamlessly that it looks like nothing has been applied! On the other areas of the frameset, pieces of PPF lined up almost perfectly - even at areas where the eyes would not see (e.g. bottom of the down tube and under the top tube). This shows the integrity and passion Wilson have put into this. He even asked whether there were any issues and whether I would like him to apply PPF on any additional areas which he might have missed. I requested to add some small pieces and Wilson got to work immediately. At that point in time, I did not know how much of the seat post would be exposed, so I have requested not to apply PPF on the seat post. Wilson pre-cut out the PFF for the seat post and handed me a bottle of application gel which would aid me with the seat post PPF application at home. He even offered to apply it for me once I have determined my seat post length. But I told that it is too time consuming for me, so I'll just DIY. I brought the frameset home and inspected it many times over the next few days. The more I looked, the more I appreciated the quality of Wilson's work and I was blown away! I have not been so impressed with the work done by any workshops for a very long time (I've in fact been let down time and again by many "atas" workshops. They look fancy but the workmanship and customer service say otherwise). I have also attempted PPF application on my own and saw how other shops did it on my previous bikes, so I know how difficult it is to do a good job. What Wilson did was only possible with his experience, skills, patience, and passion! For anyone who expects top-notch workmanship and a great overall customer experience, I highly recommend Eazycool. They took care of my frameset as if it is their own - extremely rare nowadays. Thank you Janice, Dick, Wilson and the rest of the team! PPF application workshops are everywhere nowadays, but I have never been to one which is as impressive as Eazycool. Brought my M6L-X flame lacquer for PPF on Monday and collected it on Sat. PPF nicely done on the main frame, front and rear fork with extra layers at the salient points prone to scratches. All in all, great job and service from Jonathan who updated me on the progress. - Richard Ho

Thank you Jon and team for the excellent service and workmanship. Besides that, Jon is very prompt in responding and answering to all the question i have. Did not regret sending my bike to them for the PPF installation. Areas prone to scratches are protected with double layer film. Another plus point, it came with 3 years installation warranty.
