Went for my regular servicing at C&C and was quoted an exorbitantly high price to replace my car battery and ventilation hose. Decided to check with Leon from EVS Garage instead, and I'm really glad I did. He recommended switching to a Varta battery (a former Mercedes supplier), and since changing the ventilation hose required quite a bit of dismantling, he also suggested doing a walnut blasting for the engine (my car's at 80k mileage). He even offered to change the ventilation hose at no extra charge during the process. I went ahead with his recommendation and couldn't be happier. After the walnut blasting, I noticed improved fuel efficiency thanks to better airflow. Highly recommend Leon at EVS Garage for anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic.
