Amazing service provided by both Roger and Vincent, and kudos to their team for repairing my scratched door. Timely updates were also provided along the way. First time customer here. Approached Cheng Chuan workshop after seeing raving reviews and it sure does not disappoint. Went in for paint job repair due to side swipe incident. Workshop offered practical advices and only what is required to be done. Ended up doing repair and Graphene coating protection under them. Super satisfied and amazed at quality of work and turnaround time of less than 2 days. Workshop is also super responsive on replies and updates. Highly highly recommended for anyone looking out for quality workshop to visit 👍 Can refer to before and after fix in images below for reference. came to Cheng Chuan motor to do a couple items. 1) Knock/repair side door & rear fender 2) Kerb rash repair and respray/color change for rims 3) Graphene coating Vincent who attended to me was very friendly and send constant updates on the progress. Turnaround time was very fast as well. Had a short chat with Roger the boss who was also very friendly as well when collecting my car. Came here on a good friend’s recommendation, and was very happy with the service and advice provided! Roger and Kun sat down very patiently with me to explain the entire process. They also took the time to help me choose an appropriate colour, explaining to me how each colour would look under different lighting. Both of them were very patient and knowledgeable. The final product is also excellent, both the paintwork and coating. It has been 3 whole months after the paint job, and I must say it’s a nice job done. Kun’s is the one who greeted me and he is very personal and patient, most importantly I am very happy with the result.
