Done with engine oil servicing with them … Ah Bo & Ah Hao both mechanic is very knowledgeable and competent in their work. Ah Bo manage to solve my Honda shuttle problem ( whenever I move off and turn it will have this screeching sound ) .. thanks!! Will come back again ! - Neezham Roslan

My engine temp started to fluctuate out of a sudden. Feeling worried, I WhatsApp 3K Autocare and provided them the relevant pics. They could do a quick assessment just by looking at those pics and asked me to come down so that the problem could be rectified. It's also a plus point for someone like me who works till late on weekdays. Upon reaching, they did a quick check and confirmed the issue (defective fan motor). They showed me clearly what the issue was so that I'm well aware of it. Ordered the parts immediately and within the same day, the problem was fixed. I brought my 2 kids along and while waiting, they invited me to their office lounge so that the kids can watch some cartoon. Definitely top car and customer service! Highly recommended for car owners in West area - Mohammad Redzuan

I recently had my car serviced at 3K Auto Care and was thoroughly impressed! The oil change and tire rotation were done efficiently and at a fair price. Chanced upon 3K Autocare by googling for a workshop that opens on Sunday. Managed to get an appointment even on the same day itself. From the start till finish, they did a thorough job making sure the car was well inspected with proper procedure. Made me feel like home with snacks and chilled drinks. Managed to detect a leak in my aircon hose and arranged for it to be resolved the next day as it's a Sunday. Kudos to the team, Kelvin and Ah Bo for such a good service, definitely my go-to workshop from now on. - Tan YY

Despite being my first time engaging in their services, my experience with them was great. Ah Bo is knowledgeable in his work to replace my aircon compressor. Kelvin is very friendly and accommodating. Even offered me drinks while I waited for my car to be done! They might be a new workshop but I'm sure they will be around for a really long time.
