Eversince I had a bad experience with the previous workshop , I have been searching for a reputable workshop to service my car , I came across precise auto service thru online. After contacting them through Facebook, I was very satisfied at the rate of response to my queries about servicing my car. I arranged a time to go to the workshop for a check to rectify the problem with the brake noise.
When I arrived, Marcus attended to us quickly and got his team to run a thorough check to identify the root problem. I'm extremely satisfied by the quality of service towards us and the amount of detail that is given to get my car fixed. More importantly, I'm very happy with the fast service, I was able to get my car within a short time frame.
The team also manage to heard a soft noise while stepping on the accelerator which I did not mention to them about.
Will definitely come back for my future car servicing and recommend this workshop to my friends. :)

Sent my BMW 318i for a check after coming across precise auto service online. I had to top up my coolant every few days and was getting irritated by this issue. Marcus attended to me upon reaching and after telling him my problems he told me a few possibilities that might be the problem. I was in a rush hence I told him to give me a call after the diagnostic. After 30mins, I received a video of them doing the test and showing me where the leak was. Very transparent way of providing a service solution and I told him to give me a quotation which I found was very reasonable and affordable too. Instructed them to do my car servicing as well even though its not due yet because I love the service provided by Marcus. He gave me advice on which engine oil to use through whatsapp and I told him to go ahead with the job. Marcus knew that I was very buzy and offered to deliver the car to me as he said he was heading to my area anyway. Top quality services provided, transparent workshop and value for money. Will definitely return again and introduce my friends over.

Saw the servicing promotion on facebook and hence decided to give precise auto service a try. My car has already got some sound coming out while driving. I told marcus the problem upon handling him the car. Brought my car for a test drive and found out that the wheel bearing hub needs to be replaced. Did it for an affordable price and my ride is smooth again. Will come back to them again. Loved the service provided as well!

Brought my 10ft lorry to do computerized 4 wheel alightment. I was attended by Brian who was very professional in explaining the details and benefits of doing a 4 wheel alignment. After doing, they drive my vehicle and did a test drive to comfired the alightment is ok and most importantly the price is reasonable. Will definitely come back here again. Great service and worksmanship at a affordable price!

Brought my friend's car over to precise Auto for a bumper fix, they took such a short time to fix it and in such good quality, their service was excellent as well, answering all my queries.

Did an oil change recently at Precise Auto Service, and am impressed with the team of mechanics’ Level of professionalism and the friendly environment. Every item in the checklist was checked (and not just ticking the list without going through the checks), with engine diagnostics and tuning. As good as servicing standards at the authorized agent at a fraction of the price.

Added bonus was the chat with Marcus. Very knowledgeable person, and not pushy in replacement of wear and tear parts. Thought I had to replace my entire springs, and was told that my springs are fine and all that’S required to be replaced are the linings at the bottom of the springs (something like a “Glove” Slip on). Definitely recommend their service!

Got to know Precise Auto Service through a friend of mine and decided to give them a try. Sent my car for servicing and changed my tyres. I had to leave and could only come back to get it after their working hours. Marcus told me that he could pick me up and drop me off at the workshop to get my car because he will be around that area. Price was affordable, loved the service Marcus provided and will definitely come back here again!

Was recommended to visit Precise Auto through a mutual friend & Decided to give it a try. Marcus was at the workshop and attended to me personally explaining in details the parts that are needed to be replaced.

Price were very reasonable as compared to previous workshop that i've went and what I like about Precise Auto is their honesty. They wouldn't sales talk you into changing parts that are still fully working unlike other car workshops! Thumbs up for their honesty!

Recommended by my colleague, I sent my car to Precise Auto as I scratched my rear passenger door and skirting together with my rims during a rainy rain around a tight curb. Brian attended to me and explained to me the work required and offered me to do up other old areas that have also been previously scratched. Car is ready the next very day!
I am most happy with my alloy rims as all the rim rash around the edges and front scratches are gone. The rim practically looked like new with a fresh coat of paint. Even passed me a complimentary parking coupon which I forgot to ask for. Will be a repeat customer as repair is speedy and service is friendly and attitude free. Only downside is tight parking area around the workshop and ulu location.

Came across Marcus ad via Carousell and then found this FB page. Though there are enough and more car servicing options in the east, I decided to try Precise auto based on my discussion with Marcus.

When I reached the workshop, Marcus treated me like a friend and immediately got his mechanic to start work on my car. Zero waiting time!!

Mechanics at Precise auto are precious and they are experienced. While other workshop wants to changes almost every possible parts, Marcus team is very unique and only the changed what is required.

During my entire stay, Marcus personally monitored the service and I thoroughly enjoyed the chit chat we have had on education, career, sports, travel etc...

I am glad to see young lads like Marcus have decided to run the family business instead of professional career and taking the entrepreneurship to the next level.

I am volunterily putting this remark, which is a way to thank Marcus and his crew. I will be more than happy to recommend Precise Auto for your next service and will surely return for my next service or any other work.

For a first-timer sending my car to be fixed at mechanic, I was worried of getting over charged. Wei qiang, an honest chap, taught me what parts needed to be changed and what didn't. I got my car serviced at a reasonable price and protected my wallet at the end of the day :) Awesome workmanship and fast too. Not to mention Marcus gave me a lift to their workshop when my car was ready!

The owner Eric came over to my place to collect my car in the morning as I had to get my front bumper fixed. The car was delivered to me in the evening and I was surprised how fast the job took him. Not only did he not charge me for the pick up service, my car was also being washed for free. I could not rate his outlet experience because it was a pickup service hence i gave it a three star. Definitely going to recommend my friends to his service!
