Context: - car suffered self-inflicted damage 5 days before CNY pre-work (off-site): - messaged 12 companies via fb and whatsapp on sun 11.45pm (and not expecting any of them to reply until next day 9am) - cheng chuan is the first to reply on mon 1am (whereas one of the companies replied 9 days after CNY) - cheng chuan is able to estimate an off-site quote (whereas some companies will only quote on-site) - arranged an on-site appointment 1 day before cny-eve pre-work (on-site): - Roger inspected the car and gave sound advices - I confirmed to use cheng chuan service and placed down-payment (but will only send in the car when it open on CNY day 6) - On CNY day 6, I sent in the car work: - rain everyday nonstop, i placed my faith in cheng chuan by not pushing them - repair, spray, lacquer and cermaic coating in progress - although there is no live progress update, cheng chuan is able to give quick reply whenever i asked for update post-work: - collected car on-time as promised even thought the rain is relentless - didnt expect my interior is cleared up too despite only asking for exterior repair and spray services - very satisfied with the final result conclusion: - quality of service is excellent - final result is beyond my expectation Thank you Roger, Kun, Ah Wei and other people whom I don't know yiu names for the fantastic job. - owner of SJWxxx2E
