Went to their Sin Ming store for servicing, gave me recommendations for Tyres and Battery which are genuine and they don't hard sell. Only slight unhappiness was the initially mentioned 30min servicing took more than an hour because they need to get my speak plugs from elsewhere and did not inform me of the time. However, the staff was apologetic and gave me a slight discount for the inconvenience caused and kept apologising. I'm appeased and satisfied with the service overall. Recommended.
