It was our first time renting a car and was skeptical at first over horror stories from the net. But to our surprise, we had a very smooth and pleasant transaction with Yuan jie. He was very professional and experienced, able to answer all our queries patiently and promptly. Car was also well maintained and clean. After sales service is excellent.
