Like most commented in the reviews, comparing to workshop kinda service level, they have one of the most fantastic service. Very detailed explanation of the film for my understanding. The installers don't like to chit chat much but I understand that they have to focus since it is manual workmanship. I wonder why they always close the door after me when I walked in and out of their shop and heng they explained that the doors have to be always closed to minimize dust from entering the workshop so they won't be trapped in between films during installation process. Fast and great work as always. I have been Autoshield Car Insurance customers for many years. Came to know they do solar film as well and I immediately booked an appointment with them to have my cars installed with their Diamond Series. Service level is great as usual for Autoshield. Most importantly their films perform better than those I previously had in my cars. The best heat rejection film I have ever come across. And proven to be never interfere with ERP/ mobile phone signal. They must have one of the stringent quality control to achieve this since I know that they tested all batch of films on their Porsches, BMWs and commercial vehicles before deploying them for sales in their shop. My Toyota Alphard has very big windows with lotsa heat coming in during hot sun days but after pasting, I feel just a little warm only. It was almost 90% better than my old films. Read up reviews, shortlisted a few shops and took a day off to paste solar film for my car to block heat in this very hot weather. After surveying, I concluded that I am not going to pay $1000+ because I think it is too costly yet I don't trust unreliable stuff that charge less than $200 per car. I mean my car dealer grade was those $100+ quality and I ended up with only 10%+ heat rejection and it is not enough for Singapore's weather. Compared, tested and touched Autoshield Solar Film quality, theirs are indeed slightly thicker, blocks out more heat through their testers and I decided to go with their Diamond Series at whole car only $650 nett with 5 year warranty. My verdict after few days of driving under their hot sun? My family and I feel significantly cooler. Great stuff! No regret. I will probably stick with them for awhile for all my solar film needs.
