I have contacted Auto Image to see if they can help me rectify my deflating or sinking cushion issue on my side of the driver’s seat. I was so glad that the person in charge, Joleen, never tried to upsell me to replace the whole leather seat. She mentioned that they could repair it and a price that was way lower than my expectations. I collected my car, and the cushion is so firm now. Excellent Repair works for a very affordable price. The customer service experience provided by Joleen is also fantastic. She updated me promptly when my car was ready for collection. Appreciate that I can receive this good level of customer service despite only such as small job. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for any upholstery service. - Ben, Owner of Mazda 6
