It was quite a last minute for me to arrange the appointment with them to install my car mats and they were very accommodating to my request to the extent that they have to operate beyond their usual operating hours. For customer service, my previous sentence explains it all and as for their car mat, it is a very tailored fit for two of my cars as I didn't hesitate to buy two sets from them after good recommendations from my peers. The customisation took about 2 hours for me at their store and the lead time was around 2 weeks as they needed to send my car dimension back to the factory to produce. The wait was well worth it when I received the car mats. The material that they used for their mats are the best that I have seen in the market and also the precision of the customisation. My car mat order with ENZO came in within the promised lead time. They even informed me promptly of my order arrives. I went down to their store to collect and they help me to vacuum and installed the mats for me. The car mat is of good rubbery quality and very well fitted with no margin of error. I have a friendly chat with the boss at ENZO as we are both passionate football fans but support different clubs. Okay besides this, they really give good quality customised car mat that fits my car. They even offered me help install the mats as they know for the size of my vehicle, I will need some time to figure out how to install it. If you are going to look for a car mat, you should seriously consider ENZO. The car mat that they have is as true as their market reputation and their customer service are excellent beyond my expectations. After a year, I need them to make some adjustment to my car mats due to some modification inside my car and they did for me with a token fee charge. Just 2 weeks after I have gotten my car, I went to ENZO to get my car mats as those carpet types are really unpleasant to look when it is dirty. Kudos to the staff who helped me to vacuum before installing the car mats for me.
