Highly recommended for ease of rental, fast response to enquiries via WhatsApp and going the extra mile in service. Friendly and attentive staff. The car assigned to me is clean and well maintained, smooth engine and gearbox. Took time to explain features of the car such as fuel access, leg brake etc. Kudos to Frankie for excellent service! If I could rate them more than 5, I would. I've rented twice from DreamCar in the past 3 months after reading raving reviews from other users. From booking, to collection, the team at DreamCar provides an amazing experience. They are friendly, and thorough in providing all information needed. Being p-plate friendly, it's so easy for new drivers to rent too! Not forgetting their competitive price range. I recommended them to my fiance, who has since rented from them too, and has referred some people to them too. I had contacted the team randomly after getting number from (SG) Carmart. Very quick and responsive. Based on my needs, I was advised a few car options and I eventually chose an Hyundai Avante. Though the usual collection timing was 6pm- I was allowed to pick it up as early as 3pm as I was notified that it was ready and that too at no additional cost. The car was extremely clean both in the exterior and interior. When I had questions about the car, they were very responsive. When returning it, they were very friendly and the checks were quick. They also returned my cashcard which I forgot to take. Overall very good experience and I'll definitely patronise them again. - Jai Jayakumar

Very pleasant and smooth transaction. Leased the car for 2 months as a p-plate driver and Frankie was very kind in explaining the procedure to me. I have been actively booking cars for weekend / weekly and I have to say it has been a smooth one for all. They always clean the car before collection and making sure that the car is okay before driving off ! Cars are always well maintained too ! Would definitely recommend it ! - Farah Umairah
