Dear Sir, thank you for installing your film with us and we apologize for not meeting your expectation. We remembered that you initially came to us in Apr 23 because you were complaining about another solar film service provider who had to refund you for your windscreen solar film installation as they aren't able to meet your expectation. You were pleased and delighted with our film's high heat rejection quality and workmanship as per communicated in whatsapp.

You came back later wanting to paste your front 2 side windows and complimented that you can find obvious difference under the sun ie the side windows without films, your skin is burning and windscreen with our film, the heat rejection is strong. However, you cited something on the front windscreen so while you did up the front 2 side, we replaced the front windscreen film for you FOC although we aren't able to find any fault with it. As you were extremely particular on quality and workmanship, we even used only brand new cloth on your car and you commented that we have excellent after sales service for doing so.

In Oct 23, you commented that there is 3 spots on the top edge and we are happy to change them out under warranty. However, you were unable to show it to us and 3 of our experienced installers can't see any spot at all. Thereafter, you cited that it is puzzling that the few small spots on the top cannot be seen under normal day light but visible only under cark park lights and we ended off citing do update us again and we are happy to change it out if you can show us the spots. You mentioned you will bring it over when it becomes more obvious. Since then, we have not hear from you since.

We will like to clarify that we have pasted tens of thousands of cars with our solar film and non has an issue that you faced. To drill further, the same roll of film where 1/36 portion of it was used on your car windscreen, has the other 35/36 of it pasted on other cars and they have no issue thus far. Unfortunately, you are unable to show us at our shop or with a pic as proof where we will be gladly change them out. We replied to your chat and have always attended to you almost promptly when you returned as a form of good after sale service.

While it is uncommon and if you like to, since the first shop you went to has refunded you, and likewise, we are unable to meet your expectation, we are happy to refund you 100% of the sum you paid for your windscreen but we will need to remove our film from your vehicle. Cheers
