I had scratched the bumper and right door of my car, and went to Cheng Chuan Motor Services to fix. It was done within the day with high quality, but this is not the reason why I am so impressed with this firm. I had forgotten that I had another major front bumper crack from a previous accident and did not inform them to fix, and I thought I had to make another separate trip to fix this again. It was a surprisingly pleasant surprise when I collected my car, to find out that the boss had fixed it for me without me knowing! The staff said “why did this guy fix the back, and not the front when the front is so serious?! Let’s fix it for him”. And they did it.
