Went in with many swirl marks and was told they will try to finish it within 5 hours, but due to my car's poor condition, they took effort to rectify all inperfections and I collected it back slightly over 6 hours. My car was in a pretty deplorable state. The windshield was rough till the point that I could not see clearly during heavy rain even though the wiper setting was at max, and the car body surface was rough and dull due to sandblasting work in my workplace. There were also very obvious water marks due to constant exposure to weather. There were also couples of paint scratches and chip offs. I decided to send my car for a rejuvenation at Oxygen Performance Grooming and the results they produce did not disappoint me. Despite the poor condition of my car, the team really put in their effort and time to revitalise it. My windshield is now smoother (water droplets bead off effortlessly), the surface of my car looks very glossy with the coating and the water marks are way less obvious. The team also tried their best to minimise the paint scratches which I appreciate. I was very grateful that they were able to complete the tasks satisfactorily within a day despite the challenges of my car condition. I could feel the genuineness of Lewis and his team in restoring the condition of my car. Customer service was also awesome as the lady (sorry I didn't ask for your name) was patient in answering my queries and updating me the progress.
