There was no delays in meeting the appointment time and the products used was also clearly explained. Collection time was also spot on thus it was easy to plan the day's schedule. Sent my car for full detailing which includes interior conditioning work, exterior paintwork polish and coating application with iglquartz for paint protection, to prolong its shine with self cleaning properties and easy wash maintenance. This is the second time that I did this full detailing package. For the past one year, I only handwash my car (sometimes water only and when it is dusty, with car wash soap) and the shine is always there. The coating was good and I can easily maintain the appearance of my car. I have a few colleagues been asking me what I did to my car! haha! Thank you Robert! Count on Robert! Dedicated and customer oriented guy who will go through your car details with you before performing his magic. Sent in multiple times without disappointment during collection. Products used are lasting and did not over promise unlike some advertisements seen outside and will teach you some maintenance tips to make your car look shiny as ever. I was served by Robert and the experience is as good as the first one. Initially I opted for a full coating service and checking through, he was upfront and advise that I only need a touch up as my coating is still very much intact.
