It was a great experience, no problems whatsoever. Clester is easy to talk to and very responsive. He recommended some tyres that are comfortable and it feels great after the replacement. Like my new shoes. Thumbs up for the 2 young guys(twins）even although inexperienced and arrange/management not so good. But very hardworking and helpful while The Chinese worker aimai aimai, lazy, make a lot of complain on their arrangements, however the 2 young guys roll up their sleeve do their own. after I finalised the rim and 2 tyres installed they realised the rim pcd was not able to fit my car due to wrong delivery by supplier, have to charge another nicer rim which is cost higher and the 2 guys make it same price as compensation. - Jimmy Tang
