Throughout my time renting, no hassle. Everything was very straightforward. No hidden costs, no attempts at trying to cheat or deceive. Very understanding when i am 1 or 2 days late on rental. Very flexible. Upon returning the car, i felt trust was there. But please do keep in mind, always a 2-way street. I ensured i wasnt fussy and i was respectful and they reciprocated. Will always look to them for rental, for professional or personal use. One of the goos guys in the rental industry! - Fareez Alias
