Marcus is in charge of the Bukit Merah branch of Motoserv. He is patient and listens attentively to the issues of the car. While test driving the car to troubleshoot the problem, he took the route whereby he can send me home at Telok Blangah. Really appreciate his thoughtfulness. He also agreed to send my car for LTA inspection after servicing and repairs to assure me that everything are taken care of. Marcus was efficient in answering whatsapp, did car and aircon servicing. Price was reasonable and transparent. Any parts which is damaged and needs to change will be recommended with pricing, up to us whether to proceed or not. Aircon running well, car running well. Highly recommend this workshop and they are very quick also, send car morning 9am and can collect car by 1130am - L G
