After 5yrs with dents, scratches, water marks. Decide to respray with Cheng Chuan, but, very indecisive on the colours available. Finally go ahead with the recommendation by Roger. Got an accident at the rear boot and the whole thing was utterly damage. I hurried check online and saw Cheng Chuan Motor is my nearest workshop. Quickly head down to the workshop to assess my car. Luckily Roger and Kun explain in detailed to me and eventually i accepted the offer to leave my car with them. The outcome is splendid and i totally love their workmanship. I was introduced by my friends who had previously sent their cars to Cheng Chuan. They assured me of the quality and outstanding workmanship that Cheng Chuan will produce as they were awared that my car’s paintwork was extremely bad despite the fact that I had just did a full respray a year ago. The previous shop did an extremely terrible job, no words can describe how bad the job was. My whole experience with Cheng Chuan was pleasant. Roger was extremely accommodating to my request, and tried his best to work with it. This includes clearing the mess that the previous “Dishonest” paint shop had done to my car. He also provided valuable inputs and comments based on his experiences which I appreciated. On the collection day, I was amazed by the workmanship and the paintwork is remarkable. The car was extremely Glossy. Although there were a few incidents that occurred on the collection day, but they managed to rectify and got it sorted out before my next appointment.
