I have enjoyed a excellent ordering experience with ENZO. The lead time for my pre-ordered car mats are as per the promised timeline. When it was ready, their staff followed up with me promptly for collection and they even accommodated to my last minute appointment request. The installation at the store was pretty swift after my order was ready. The quality of the car mat is really worth the value considering it is competitive against those coiled type car mat. Was previously using a 3D car mat and realised how impractical it was to maintain it. After switching over to this ENZO version which is 2D in shape, it is pretty easy for me after that as it has all the solutions that drivers need to maintain their car. Definitely recommend. I actually made an effort to go down to their store to see the sample and was immediately convinced that this is the car mat that I have been looking for all along to help me maintain it and keep my car clean. I was referred by one of my close contacts to get the car mats from ENZO and also very impressed with the mats after I have saw it in my friend's car. It was just so comfortable for me to deal with ENZO as they are very transparent in their pricing and the car mat that they are selling plus they do not hard sell even when you are at their store. On the day when my car mat is ready for collection, they took the effort to vacuum inside of my car before installing the new car mats for me. The material which they used to make their car mat is TPV and it is really very solid when I tried it myself.
