Understand from my Mercedes SG group that most Mercedes dealer installed solar film will get messed up in about 1-2 years. Many had changed their from Autoshield Solar Diamond Series Film and been using more than 5 years and still counting. I'm tempted to cave in for their Autoshield Sapphire Series but the difference is only $200, barely enough for 2 tanks of petrol these days. Just go for the best that most of my Mercedes Group have experienced. Can't be wrong la. After driving for weeks before I write this review, I must say Autoshield Diamond Series is really a few notches above than the rest. Pasted my old films at JB and JB shop told me passed but on their JB standard. I went inspection failed la. Approached Autoshield Solar Film and came to know they are a great tinting shop to go to for honest no nonsense deal. Slight more expensive than JB but their quality and workmanship are so much better than JB. And no long jams in. Been conned by a shop located at the west side to paste dark films and ended up I got caught by TP. I approached Autoshield Solar Film to help me removed the failed films. Got Autoshield Solar Film to paste their Autoshield Diamond Series Solar Film LTA specifications and ended up I passed inspection And guess what? My car actually feels cooler. Came to Autoshield Solar Film a few times because they are good and reputable. Once I accidentally scratched my side window solar film when I was moving sharp object out of my car, although not cover by warranty because it was my oversight but as I have been supporting themx they just replaced it FOC for me.
