Went to upholster certain interior bits of my cayman S with nappa leather and alcantara. Consistent with the other reviews given here, Jolene was indeed v knowledgeable, patient and not pushy at all. Had my K3 Cerato steering wheel and gear knob done. The boss and the workers are nice people and professional. Their workmanship is to be commended. They will stay over time just to get the job done. Well I have compliment the lady boss who I liaise with (didn’t get her name till now) I send in an enquiry on 10th June 2021 and received prompt reply from her to all the questions I asked. I proceed down to her workshop at Frontier Ubi the next day to understand more and she was patience with every doubts and questions I asked. Upon confirming on the designs, leather materials and date for installation I placed a deposit with her company and a week later I came back to leave my car there the night before my appointment date and went off. To my surprise, the car was done the very next day around 4pm and everything was nicely done and there is nothing I can complain on except for the brand new leather smell that was quite irritating 😂 Few days after collection of my car, there was a check light coming out saying “front left passenger malfunction, please go to workshop”. I immediately texted her and she replied the next min asking me to go back her workshop for a check. As i was WFH and it was delayed till a few weeks later. 4th Aug 2021 I went back to find her. She have asked her staff to remove my front passenger seat from my car and then remove the leather from the sitting area. She mentioned to me that the piece of sensor under the sitting area was damaged before changing the leather but her staffs tried to make it back nicely as to help me save some money (it was dented when they removed my the leather before i change it) She did not argue nor she was pushy. Even though is not her fault she wanted to place order for that sensor and get it replaced. I rejected her and told her I will pay for the sensor as her side is doing the labour job already. The labour for changing the sensor is not cheap if I gonna do outside too! Well long story short. It was a pleasant journey with them and I will definitely recommend my friends who wanna change or repair their car seat leather! 5 stars services! - Marcus Lee, Owner of Mercedes Benz A200

What can I say about Auto Image, being a star merchant isn't just a name, but the team live up to it. Had brand new ride headliner change to cloth as the carpet feel just can't cut it. Went as per appointment, was greeted by Ah How, told him about material I want, proceed to start. Mid way through, when they have remove the headliner, the lady hoss Jolene text me saying the Color I chosen doesn't match, proposed to use the one she choose after seeing the picture. Proceed with the wrap. When I received the car, I'm just blown away but the amount of workmanship, detailed checks…and careful in handling the panel and installing them. It give me a assurance that the team is taking care of the car and at the same time deliver a good job in the headliner.

Highly recommended to anyone who wanted to do any upholstery work. You won't be disappointed, and now I know why all the review is so good.

In short: Good workmanship and service.
In long: I wanted to replace the seat upholstery for my 2019 Subaru Forester for more comfort and brightness the interior. Selected 3 shops recommended in SGCarmart but 2 said cannot do the job. Spoke with Joleen who went through the options and design with no pressure at all. A bit of hiccup here and there (stock of leather need to wait, initially informed need to leave car for 2 weeks, plastic part of the seat fell out) however all solved very well by Joleen. This is why I also add to the growing list of satisfied customer, and highly recommend to consider them for your car. Suhendra.
