Screwed up my roof wrap & my friend's spoiler wrap. Not sure is it workmanship or paper quality but wrap had lots of small bubbles along the edges, scratches on surface of the wrap and lots of crumpled-looking streak marks. Car is parked in open carpark and now WFH, barely moved so plenty of baking. About a week later, the marks and bubbles became more obvious instead of fading. This is not my first time doing vinyl works on my car and it is definitely not normal. Friend's spoiler had edges crumpled and peeling off. Many people who saw the photos told me it's a workmanship issue. Anyway, didn't have confidence in them to rectify and went to another shop instead to remove the wrap and install a new wrap. The new wrap done by the other shop was good. Have to give them some credit for service recovery with my friend though, as they attempted to redo my friend's spoiler and eventually refunded him when the second wrap they did for him still had the same issues. I did not receive any form of refund (which I can understand because I did not even wanna waste time going back) but not even an apology despite being aware of my dissatisfaction (asked them to remove my car pic in one of their ads and told them I had the wrap removed and done by another shop just one week later and they simply said "ok noted"). - Daphne Gan

met up with Oliver to discuss his pricing and the difference between the different grades of wrap. he was patient and helpful in explaining the details to me, was not pushy and was sincere in his approach.
eventually engaged him to do a matte full car wrap for me. very satisfied with the outcome, changed the look of the car completely. my friends couldnt tell that it was a wrap; they thought that it actually looked like its spray on.
his after sales service is good too.; will definitely recommend him to my friends who are keen.
